The core sand for the core shooters is mixed and produced by the cold-box method with a shooting volumes of 2.5 – 20.0 litres and with core box heights up to 620 mm.

The cores are produced highly accurately on seven different core shooters with varying core volumes. In the castings they form the cavities thus enabling the implementation of complicated inner contours.
