The quality of our castings is constantly improved through our continuous education and further training of our employees. Should an error occur in the casting process, it is recorded and analysed in order to avoid such errors in the future.
Modern technology sets higher and higher demands on the quality of cast iron products. The continuous strain on the finished parts also demands strict adherence to tested and defined alloys. Both the thinness of walls and difficulty level has steadily increased and quality requirements and surface finish make further demands on the foundry.
We document our processes corresponding to our quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Thus, quality assurance begins with the incoming components inspection of our raw materials to ensure that customer requirements are maintained at all times. Samples are taken before and during the casting process and evaluated by spectral analysis. Exact production of the castings is ensured by continuous evaluation of the patterns, machines and plants as well as the melt. Correct documentation is important to us, this way the sequence of production processes is recorded which ensures permanent traceability.
